Set up TapGo on Formuler / Dreamlink
Activate TapGo on a Formuler or Dreamlink box using your Portal URL — the box’s MAC is registered to your line automatically.
Step by step
- 1On your Formuler, open the MyTVOnline player → Add Portal.
- 2Give it any name, then enter your Portal URL from your email.
- 3Your device MAC is registered to your line — the portal loads your channels.
- 4If it asks, reboot the player once and re-open the portal.

Where do I find my login details?+
They’re in your welcome email — Server URL, Username and Password. Lost it? Head to your account page and we’ll resend it.
It says my details are wrong.+
Double-check there are no extra spaces, and that the Server URL matches exactly. If channels stop loading later, switch your Server URL to one of the backup servers in your email — same username and password.
Which app should I use?+
IPTV Smarters Pro is the easy all-rounder and works on nearly everything. On Android or FireStick, TiviMate is a great pick if you want a slicker guide. Both take your same login.
It buffers or freezes.+
First, switch your Server URL to one of the alternates in your email. Still choppy? Connect your device to your phone’s hotspot for a minute — if it runs fine there, your internet provider is slowing the stream and a VPN clears it up.
